We offer a wide variety of building and decorating services. Our market is primarily central and Greater London, where we cater for all aspects of building, decorating and servicing to the residential and commercial markets.
The team consists of our own in-house tradesmen. Our work includes loft extensions, side elevations, kitchen extensions, internal space creativity, basement construction, new kitchen and bathrooms and complete property renovations.
New building regulations relating to gas work, electrics and sound insulation and covered by relevant certificates. Where planning permission is required we liaise with local borough planning departments, both prior to commencement of works and with building control at every stage of construction in order to obtain a completion certificate. Any enquiries and we welcome the opportunity to discuss your plans or problems constructively.
For the small one off maintenance jobs we can also provide tradesmen to carry out work. Our team has worked for estate agents on maintenance tasks and the public, where emergency or small requirements are necessary, however in the case when we are too busy we will inform you.
Recommendations can be provided from a long list of contented and regular clients.
Our prices are competitive as we believe in continuation and we pride ourselves in being very helpful with design ideas and accompanying clients to suppliers for final finishing such as floorings, door furniture and electric components etc.
